Supervision and Monitoring

We offer supervision and monitoring services. This includes:

• Managing and operating the contract between the buyer/client and the contractor/vendor.
• Overview of the scope and costs at any time and confirmation of the correctness of payments to the vendor.
• Managing project data and distributing them to the relevant parties.
• Analyzing the impact and supervising the resolution of unforeseen events during the project, maintaining records of the causes and consequences of these events and advising on their settlement.
• Ensuring the necessary information flow/communication between the buyer, consultants, external parties and the contractor/vendor, e.g. by holding meetings, providing information in the form of drawings and/or communications.
